(1) A person who is elected as an officer and member of the Central Committee shall submit the details of his movable and immovable assets in a sealed manner to the party's central office within sixty days of his election.
(2) Upon receipt of the statement as per sub-section (1), such office shall record the same and publish the names of the officers and members who submit the statement of assets and those who do not, within one month of the expiry of the period for submitting the statement of assets.
